Kailua Monkey (Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie)
- 4 ounces organic soy or almond milk
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or other flavor such as sweet cream)
- 1 scoop peanut butter
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
- Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Adjust ingredients to meet your preferences.
