Pumpkin Cream Cheese
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
- 3 Tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- Cinnamon sugar for topping (optional)
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and using an electric mixer beat until all ingredients are incorporated and cream cheese is light and fluffy.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before serving (optional).
- Store in an airtight container and enjoy on bagels, toast, crackers or as a fruit dip.
