Watermelon Salad

- ~6 cups watermelon chunks (small bite size works best), ~1/2 small seedless watermelon
- 3 cups cucumber chunks
- ¾ cup red onion, vertical slices (~ ½ onion)
- 2 oranges, peel removed, cut into chunks
- ½ cup fresh mint, chopped
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- salt to taste before serving
- Combine all ingredients in a large non-reactive bowl. Lightly season with salt before serving.
