½-1 teaspoon agave (depending on how sweet your like it)
1 Tablespoon chia seeds
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Spoon into a jar and keep in the refrigerator overnight. Enjoy with a spoon or over toast, oatmeal, pancakes or waffles.
Notes
If you want this more like traditional jam, cook the fruit, orange juice and agave over medium heat in a small saucepan until berries have broken down. Then add the chia seeds and store in the jar in the refrigerator.
