a delicious and simple fruit pizza using a whole grain gluten free waffle is the perfect back to school breakfast!
Ingredients
  • 2 Ancient Grain Gluten Free Van's waffles
  • 3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese (recommend the pre-whipped kind, found next to the regular cream cheese)
  • 1½ teaspoons maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Fresh fruit:
  • 4 strawberries, sliced or diced
  • 4 raspberries, cut in half
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 1 kiwi, diced
  • few pieces of pineapple finely chopped
Instructions
  1. Toast waffle according to package instructions. In a small bowl whisk together whipped cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla. Once waffles have cooled slightly, spread cream cheese topping on each waffle. Top with a variety of fresh fruit. Enjoy!
