Ingredients
2 Ancient Grain Gluten Free Van's waffles
3 tablespoons whipped cream cheese (recommend the pre-whipped kind, found next to the regular cream cheese)
1½ teaspoons maple syrup
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh fruit:
4 strawberries, sliced or diced
4 raspberries, cut in half
¼ cup blueberries
1 kiwi, diced
few pieces of pineapple finely chopped
Instructions
Toast waffle according to package instructions. In a small bowl whisk together whipped cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla. Once waffles have cooled slightly, spread cream cheese topping on each waffle. Top with a variety of fresh fruit. Enjoy!
