Walking to do errands – that’s the EASIEST WAY to increase your activity! 🙂 I walked to the store today, which is unheard of in Los Angeles and it felt wonderful. I MISS WALKING!
Great list! Fitting in exercise is definitely a priority for me.
just finding SOME time during each day to MOVE is so important!
