New Coaching Services: 6 Week Weight Loss Course

My last two jobs as a Registered Dietitian were in corporate wellness where I taught busy professionals how to eat healthy and set realistic goals to make diet and exercise a part of their life. I truly miss working with clients; it made me a better Dietitian when I was able to work through the challenges people face to eat healthy. Don’t get me wrong, I love love blogging and that won’t stop, but it’s been a goal of mine for some time to get back to coaching in addition to blogging (and stay-at-home mommying). Soooo….

I am super pumped to be sharing that I will be expanding my wellness business and starting a 6 week weight loss course. You all know I love healthy eating and totally believe in not depriving yourself (just wait for tomorrow’s post).

I want to put an end to yo-yo dieting and teach you how to have a positive relationship with food without having to be on a restrictive plan. Do you have food dislikes or intolerances? Not a problem! Learn how to meal prep and plan in order to set yourself up for success. Let’s make food fun, while putting in a little effort to shed those unwanted pounds.

  • Are you motivated to make changes?
  • Open to setting aside a little extra time to work on your diet?
  • Willing to check in throughout the weeks as we work on your diet and exercise?

The Nutritious Eats 6 Week Weight Loss Course will start October 19th and will cost $175. 

What can you expect?

  • One (60 minute) consultation where I get to know your eating habits and struggles
  • A review of 3 days of your food intake, with recommendations on what changes need to be made
  • Accountability and supportive approach that keeps you on track to accomplish your goal
  • Daily check-ins and goal setting via a Facebook group (or email/text if you are not on Facebook)
  • One 20 minute next-steps appointment to assess your success with the course and answer any final questions

Here’s how it works:

  • Six week program starting October 19th
  • Members will join an accountability group on Facebook and have daily checkins with me (via text or email if not on Facebook) Monday-Friday during the duration of the course
  • Participants will be required to pay in advance, fill out a health intake form and sign a waiver before the weight loss course begins (forms will be emailed to you)
  • Participants will log 3 days of food and do daily checkins with me via Facebook, text or email
