15 Healthier Halloween Treats & Snacks

15 Healthier Halloween Treats and Snacks | Nutritious Eats

Eeek, Halloween is rapidly approaching! Anyone else excited?? I seriously love the month of October in general. My oldest was born this month and turns 9 next weekend!! How the heck that even happens, I don’t know. Then a couple weeks later is Halloween, then 2 days later is my other son’s birthday and he’ll be turning 4!

I have a big sweet tooth and am huge fan of baking and creating fun holiday recipes,  but paired with the two birthday celebrations it’s a lot of treats. Not to mention the kids always have school events and parties to attend and there is never a shortage of sugary goodies. And although I believe in all foods in moderation, someone has to bring the better option to the party, right?

So  here is a roundup of some healthier options (a few of mine along with some from other lovely bloggers) if you plan on hosting a Halloween party or just want to get your kids involved in some Halloween cooking

P.S. Before you check out what I found, I just want to remind you there is ONE WEEK left to register for my weight loss course! All the info can be found HERE. I would be honored to work with you for 6 weeks- there will be lots of accountability and support and the course will take us through Halloween and end right after Thanksgiving, a tough time of year for healthy eating, no doubt. It will give us time to focus on our energy on eating healthy and feeling our best.

Now, on to those fun healthier Halloween treats. Click the link to get to the recipe!
